Since opening Elayne James Salon in 2005, I have combined advanced education, industry-leading techniques, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Returning behind the chair in 2021, I now focus on growing our team, strengthening our service brand, and developing future salon leaders. Layla is a Redken Certified Colorist and Bellami Master Certified Extension Artist with four years of experience creating customized hair transformations. She specializes in lived-in color, gray coverage and blending, luxury smoothing treatments, bridal styling, and a variety of extension methods, including hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, and K-tip fusion. Known for her artistic approach and attention to detail, Layla is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best for everyday confidence and life's biggest moments. When she's not behind the chair, she enjoys music, celebrating every holiday, and bringing positive energy to everyone she meets.

Christine is a Designer Artist Stylist specializing in lived-in color, natural blondes, dimensional brondes, rich brunettes, and seamless gray blending and coverage. As a Master Certified Extension Artist with advanced Redken Shades EQ and Redken Specialist certifications, she combines expert color techniques with customized extension services to create beautiful, confidence-boosting transformations. Christine is known for her warm personality, creating a relaxed and fun salon experience where guests feel comfortable, connected, and cared for. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys reading the latest trending books and spending cozy time at home.

Brandy is a Designer Artist Stylist at Elayne James with a passion for creativity, growth, and helping guests feel confident and beautiful. As a Master Certified Extension Artist and Masters of Balayage Blonding Specialist, she specializes in hair extensions, custom blonding, lived-in color, platinum transformations, and vivid fashion shades. Her advanced certifications with Redken, Shades EQ, and blonding techniques allow her to create personalized looks tailored to each guest’s unique style and goals. Known for her genuine connection and fun, welcoming personality, Brandy is dedicated to delivering an exceptional salon experience and unforgettable results.
