Long story short, there was a miscommunication about rescheduling my daughters surprise hair gloss and color appointment and they were so kind as to fit us in! Keri is great! At the last minute my hair appointment was cancelled for a wedding (I was a bridesmaid) At midnight I was able to schedule an appointment for that very morning with Keri. She was so kind and got me in right away. She did exactly what I asked for and hid the flaws I was most self conscious about. My hair looked nice, was priced fair, and lasted the entire day!
