Juliette is a Guest Services Coordinator at Elayne James Salon. She helps guests with appointments, questions, and the practical details that keep a salon visit running smoothly. Her work begins with the first phone call or greeting and continues through checkout.

Calm and friendly, Juliette enjoys the small conversations that help people feel recognized and at ease. She appreciates a shared laugh, a story from someone’s day, or any simple interaction that makes the experience feel more personal.

Outside the salon, Juliette enjoys coffee, road trips, and exploring new places. She has traveled through much of the United States for education and values the experiences that came from seeing different environments and meeting new people. At home, she spends time with her family, two cats, and one dog. She prefers silver jewelry and its clean, classic look.
