At EJS, wMy journey began with Elayne James Salon & HairColor Studio in 2005. The Company has been serving the Delaware area for over 16 years now and I have had the pleasure of attending education with the best in the industry & I have had the great opportunity to be alongside the best in the industry.  I retired from Behind The Chair in 2013 to focus on growing our team & leadership. I love helping & seeing our team succeed in what makes them Happiest!
