Donna brings more than 40 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a career that has included work behind the chair, professional education, and salon operations.

Color and cutting have always been at the heart of her work. Donna spent 11 years as a Wella educator, continuing her training in Wella color and Sebastian cutting while supporting respected industry artists including Sonya Dove, Alexandra Matiz, and Patrick Cameron.

Before joining Elayne James Salon, she worked as a Senior and Master Stylist in New Jersey, specializing in haircutting and color for a wide range of guests and hair types.

Donna’s approach is grounded in experience, adaptability, and thoughtful service. She enjoys creating wearable hair that fits each guest’s lifestyle while making sure they feel informed and comfortable throughout the appointment.

After relocating to Delaware, Donna was excited to bring decades of industry knowledge to Elayne James Salon and continue doing what she loves most: working with people and creating great hair.
